Questions
Do I need a Shopify store?
Yes. Orderpeal is a Shopify app, so your menu, checkout and payments stay in your own Shopify store. If you don't have one yet, we'll help you set it up as your ordering website.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The kitchen screen, counter and pickup board run in a web browser on any tablet, phone or TV. Pair a screen by scanning a QR code.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Add an "Order online" button that opens your Shopify ordering page. Many shops find it simpler to make the Shopify store their whole website.
Do you take a cut of each order?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan with a set number of orders included, and a small fixed fee per order above that, up to a limit you approve.
What about delivery?
Orderpeal is built for collection first. When you want to deliver with your own drivers, the delivery add-on gives you zones, dispatch, a live map and a driver app.
